Incorporated in 1995, Star Aviation, Inc. is a dedicated provider of quality repair and specialized services to the Commercial Aerospace Industry.
Our company was founded by our President, Bok J. Dean, who continues to retain strategic control over the company, while day-to-day management is under the authority of Julie P. Kendall, the Chief Executive Officer. Star Aviation is a self certified “Minority Woman Owned Small Business”.

We have invested substantially in the training and development of staff, facility ergonomics, and in the purchase of state-of-the-art equipment. These investments differentiate Star Aviation from its competitors through service excellence and enhanced product reliability.
Our facilities (8000+ Sq. Ft.) are located in Goshen, Kentucky
Our facilities are housed in two buildings, totaling 8000 sq. ft. The layout of each building was planned to achieve the best support all offered services. Both buildings are protected with internal and external security systems, and backup power.
Tooling and test equipment are state-of-the-art, including computerized wire harness boards, Automated (ATE) wire harness and battery testing systems, and true intermittent fault detection and isolation (IFDIS) diagnostic equipment.
